FAQ'S
Q: Why isn't my candle burning to the edges?
A: This can be caused from the first burn. Always let the candle burn for around 1-2 hours or until you see the whole of the candle surface melt. This should prevent 'Candle Tunnelling'/ 'Candle memory'.
Q: Why is it important to trim the wick before each burn?
A: Trimming the Wick helps reduce any black soot and will encourage a longer burn time.
Q: Why am I still seeing black soot after trimming the wick?
A: A minimal amount of soot is normal, trimming the wick short help to reduce this.
Q: Why do you use Soy Wax?
A: Soy Wax is my chosen wax because it's easy to work with, environmentally friendly and vegan friendly. It comes in pellet form so the melting process is nice and even. The finished result leaves you with a nice smooth texture and the scent throw is great.
Q: Why do you use upcycled glass containers?
A: Why not! Each glass container is unique, it's surprising what you can find in Charity shops. I'm giving them a new lease of life and I'm donating to good causes.
