Thank you for shopping at 'The Candle Cupboard'. I aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days from Monday to Friday. In case of bulk orders, delivery time may vary, but I will keep you informed.
If you won't be available at the time of delivery, please leave a note on your order or contact 'The Candle Cupboard' to confirm your chosen 'safe place'.
I use Royal Mail 48 hour delivery method and I do my upmost to ensure orders are packaged safely. However If you face any delivery issues or the candle doesn't meet your expectations, please contact me via email.
